New Hyster Mast HIts Saskatchewan

The New Hyster Hi Vis Mast

Hyster just released their new Hi Vis Mast.  They kept the basic design of the channels, canted rollers and cast components and changed the way hoses, chains, and cylinders were routed.

Below are pictures of a worst case scenario.....a 4th valve truck with a triple mast and full freelift.  By 4th valve I mean that it has an extra set of hydraulics to run a fork positioner.  Freelift is the ability of the forklift to lift the forks without moving the 2nd stage of the mast......accomplished with the big cylinder in the middle of the mast.

As you can see.....you have plain sight of the fork tips.

Changes include a one piece freelift chain, hoses running over the chains on a roller system instead of raised pulleys and more steel lines instead of hose.

Probably the best improvement was hosing termination points so that instead of changing a long hose with a lot of labor....you can just change the damaged section a lot more quickly.
